RODO – Video monitoring.

In accordance with Article 13 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (…) hereinafter referred to as RODO, the administrator of your personal data in the form of an image is Fristom Sp. z oo Sp. k. seated in Sicienko, address: ul. Przemysłowa 5, 86-014 Sicienko. Your personal data will be processed for purposes related to art. 6 point f of the RODO Regulation – i.e. protection of property, protection of information constituting company secrets as well as security of employees and other persons, including guests staying on the premises belonging to FRISTOM Sp. z oo Sp. k. and covered by the video monitoring system. If necessary, your personal data may be made available to entities authorised by law. You have the right to access your data, the right to correct it, transfer it and the right to object to the processing of data, and the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes provisions of the RODO Regulation. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling. Personal data in the form of your image will be kept for a period of up to 30 calendar days, unless an incident occurred and the protection of the recording or part of it is necessary for evidential purposes.
